We understand that plans can change and health issues can arise unexpectedly. We aim to be fair to both our clients and our pharmacists:

You may cancel or reschedule 24 hours or more before your appointment at no additional charge. Any fees paid can be applied to a future appointment or refunded (less payment processing fees, if applicable).

Within 24 hours of your appointment
  • If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours, we may charge up to 25–50% of the service fee as a late cancellation fee, depending on the circumstances.
  • If there is an emergency or serious illness, please let us know — we will do our best to be flexible.
No-shows
  • If you miss your appointment without any notice, we may charge up to 100% of the service fee as a no-show fee.
Late arrivals
  • If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you within the remaining time, but your session may still need to end at the original time.
